Tootgarook is a pleasant bayside suburb which is part of the ribbon development on the southern shore of Port Phillip, 77 km south of Melbourne. Situated on the Mornington Peninsula, between Rosebud and Rye, Tootgarook is ideally placed for holidaymakers. Around Tootgarook are the calm beaches and pleasant foreshores of Port Phillip while to the south of Tootgarook are the turbulent surfing beaches and rugged coastline of Bass Strait, including Cape Schanck.
