The spectacular Megalong Valley is a beautiful wilderness area located 20 km south-west of Blackheath and 130 km west of Sydney. Today much of the Megalong Valley has been preserved via its incorporation into Blue Mountains National Park and Kanangra-Boyd National Park. Picturesque secluded cottage accommodation is available in the Megalong Valley with the facilities and attractions of Blackheath and the Great Western Highway but a short drive away along Megalong Valley Road.
