|
Blenheim is the most important and largest town in the Marlborough Sounds region of New Zealand's South Island. Located on the Wairau Plains, Blenheim lies at the junction of the Taylor and Opawa rivers. Visitors should stop at the Blenheim Information Centre for information about the region's excellent wineries. Of equal interest are Brayshaw Museum Park, Blenheim's Blenkinsopp's Cannon and the Waterlea Gardens. Blenheim offers the visitor a range of interesting accommodation options.
