Description of Ebor

Ebor is a small settlement on the Waterfall Way, 88 km east of Armidale. The town common of Ebor is on the Guy Fawkes River. There is a free campground upstream of the bridge and open water for about 2 km upstream of that which is fine for trout fishing. You can also fish to the Ebor Falls downstream. It is also possible to climb down from Ebor Common into Guy Fawkes National Park. The Dutton Trout Hatchery, at Ebor, produces millions of fingerlings for release into local waterways. Chalet and cottage accommodation is available at Ebor.
