Killcare is a residential area of the Central Coast, situated in the heart of a major tourism area. To the immediate south of Killcare is beautiful Putty Beach; to the west of Killcare are some pleasant and attractive beachfront holiday spots on Brisbane Water; to the south-west of Killcare is a highly scenic road out to the beautiful undeveloped Bouddi Peninsula; to the east The Scenic Road passes through Killcare Heights along the northern perimeter of Bouddi National Park with side roads leading down to a series of outstanding bays.
